4. Starting the service immediately

Location Link Wi-Fi packages are designed to begin immediately after purchase.

Where applicable, by requesting immediate activation you are asking Location Link to begin providing the service during any statutory cancellation period.

If the service is fully provided after you have expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the relevant consequences, your statutory right to cancel may end once the service has been fully performed.

5. Network availability and performance

Location Link will provide the service with reasonable care and skill.

Wireless internet performance can vary because of factors including:

Location Link may suspend or terminate access where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the service is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently or in a way that materially disrupts the network or other users.

Serious misuse may also be reported to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

8. Access codes

Where a voucher or access code is provided, it is intended for the customer to whom it was issued unless Location Link expressly states otherwise.

Location Link may refuse or disable a code that has been fraudulently obtained, duplicated, altered or misused.

9. Refunds and service problems

If Location Link is unable to provide the Wi-Fi service you purchased, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances, Location Link may provide replacement access, extend access or issue an appropriate refund.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

10. Security

Public and temporary Wi-Fi networks carry inherent security risks.

You should use appropriate security precautions on your device and take care when transmitting confidential or sensitive information.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
